Starting with the transport of cattle, made by specialized fleet always aiming at animal welfare. And later, in the preparation of the animals, when these are completely sanitized and subjected to the most recent tests performed by veterinarians and technicians of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Most of the cattle’s used by C B & P Exporter come from farms of cooperative members. There are proximally 1,500 producers that receive ongoing assistance of technical experts from Brazil Chicken,Pork & Beef Exporter , aiming to keep the standard of high quality of raw material. Another source of raw material is C B & P Exporter own feedlot. The SPI (Integrated Production System), in the feedlot makes possible for total control of all the stages from selection of feed, to all its handling, resulting on the standard supply of high quality cattle.
The cattle’s used for the slaughtering in C B & P Exporter are individually identified and traced through the SISBOV (Brazilian system of identification and certification of bovine) and are properly registered in the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply.

The modern concept of C B & P Exporter plant allows the entire production process performed in the same building (slaughtering, deboning, freezing and stocking). The boneless meats goes through modern freezing tunnel to temperatures under -35°C (minus 35 degrees Celsius), as the stocking chambers works at a temperature under -22°C (minus 22 degrees Celsius). The load of the expedition is performed directly to the inside of reefer containers from the stock chambers in the same building, avoiding any type of external contamination or thawing. Preserving the high standards of product quality, fulfilling rigorous sanitary and laboratory controls according to the most demanding beef markets of the world.
C B & P Exporter feedlot is located only 14 Km from the plant and it is settled in the center of our properties, avoiding any type of external contamination. Through the SPI (Integrated Production System), a modern system that integrates the farming-livestock process by the treatment animal nutrition, all the livestock are fed on our own property and or associated from C B & P Exporter. Furthermore, the cattle’s continuously receives high standard nutrition being monitored by a technical team authorized from the Federal Government. The feedlot by the SPI is committed to ensuring that all cattle’s have a special treatment for humanely management, anti-stress and balanced feed, whose structure can hold up to hundred thousand animals per year.
